Partner pay gap trends in the UK, Europe and Australia
A recent article by Christopher Niesche showcases on Law.com International the recent partner compensation study I conducted with my colleagues at Performance Leader. Carefully designing what contributions we want from partners and aligning profit sharing to these contributions are essential to grow revenue in a complex world – and to protect partnership cohesion.
